Returns & Warranty Conditions

We provide a 30 day return for exchange/repair/refund of product if you are not fully satisfied with your artwork order, or if item found to be defective upon arrival, with the exclusions below.
We also allow an additional 30 day limited warranty. We will replace or repair defective items for the term of warranty.
The purchaser will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

Returns or Exchanges
Lasts 60 days in total.
For a return – your craft must be unused and in the same condition which you received it.

The craft must be returned in the original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs.

Exclusions

Customized or special products are exempt from being returned or refund. In case of defective item it will be repaired and sand back to buyer by vendor fault.

Any items purchased and discounted from the sales price unless defective.

Additional return terms

To allow a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There may be situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not under our control.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jananametalart@gmail.com and send your item to: B.M. Carmel, Tsiporit industrial park, Israel.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: B.M. Carmel, Tsiporit industrial park, Israel.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on where you live.
We highly recommend you to consider using a tractable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Due to other sides involvement in the return process (shipping agencies etc.) we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
